New Mexico Hickory Smoked Gouda


Very flavorful and delightful asiago made with rich cow’s milk and vegetable rennet.



The Old Windmill Dairy makes a cow’s milk hickory smoked gouda. It is made in artisan fashioned round wheels. The wheels displayed here where just waxed with a red finish. When you cut into the middle it is a rich smoked gouda with no artificial hormones, no RBST or added colors. This smoked gouda is unique as it is made with vegetable rennet and hand made.
