The Old Windmill Dairy, New Mexico based dairy, produces a chèvre goat cheese blended with dill and celery salt. This is one of the few savory chèvre we make without garlic. This is another farm staple as we like to serve it on top of grilled fish. This also make a nice pin wheel hors d’oeuvre. Spread this on to a tortilla and then layer thinly sliced ham. Roll the tortillas and slice the tortilla rolls about 2 inches apart. Turn the roll on it side and serve as an appetizer.
